1. Original of the neon

Templates for production are always two-dimensional print views. Since the neon production is purely manual work, deviations (also due to technical reasons) can arise. It is often necessary to combine several letters into one element. The connecting pieces that are not visible are masked off so that they are light-proof (e.g. with block letters, i-dots, etc.). The three-dimensionality of the neons can also change the impression. The colors shown are only approximations, also depending on the setting of the screen of the respective viewer.

2. Production of the neon

Our neon lettering is manufactured in our in-house glassblowing workshop according to the highest quality standards. The perfectly coordinated production system and the use of high-quality materials guarantee a service life of up to two decades. Our master electrician refines the neons strictly according to VDE 0128-1 and 0128-2 or according to DIN EN 50107-1 and EN 50107-2

3. Use of the Services

Neon Design reserves the right to use the services it offers and creates for advertising purposes for its own company and its own services.

4. Shipping

Shipping is carried out by third parties on behalf of the customer. The company Neon Design cannot accept any liability for this. Consequential damage and costs due to late or defective delivery are generally excluded.
